What is Digital Membership?
Digital membership cards can be downloaded to your smartphone or tablet using the FREE eMembership Card app, available for Apple and Android devices. The app’s icon is a little red silhouette with the word ‘Member’ and a barcode underneath. You can now access your membership card(s) and information about your benefits on your smartphone through the eMembership Card app

How to download and use your Digital Membership Card App:
Step 1
Visit the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store to download the “eMembership Card” app to your device and receive full access to your membership cards. The app’s icon is a small red silhouette with the word “Member” and a barcode through it.
Step 2
Open the app and allow location access. This will ensure that the closest museums to your location will appear first. Click on the Timken Museum of Art logo.
Step 3
Click “Find My Membership Cards” and enter your information. Enter your membership ID and your last name. Your membership ID can be found on your membership card or you can call the Museum’s membership department for assistance.
Step 4
Verify your membership information and click “Download my cards” to have them available on the app.
Step 5
Click the “Add to Wallet” button to add your card to your Apple Wallet or Google Wallet. You’ll now be able to access your cards through the app and your digital wallet when you visit.
